What is Bio-Individuality 

Bio-individuality: focuses on your unique self and reminds you there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and nutrition. Instead, we're all unique in our mental, emotional, and biological makeup and requirements. Each person has their own specific nutritive and health needs, as well as routines, practices, and preferences which enable them to flourish and achieve greater well-being.

During this call, we will go over a health assessment, discuss your goals and any needs you may have!

6Month Program

Are you someone needing a lifestyle reboot, but feel lost, anxious, and do not know where to start? The 6 Month one-on-one program gives you the time and space to develop new healthy habits and consistency. We will introduce changes one step at a time to create changes that will last a lifetime!

What is Included:

  • 1:1 bi-monthly coaching calls (12 total)

  • 45-minute sessions (via google meet)

  • Unlimited support between sessions

  • Relevant Handouts and Recipes

  • Nutritional and exercise suggestions

  • Custom Wellness Plan

  • Pantry Makeover

3month Program

Are you someone who has healthy habits integrated into your lifestyle but you are not seeing sustainable change and are still feeling unsatisfied? The 3 Month one-on-one coaching program allows you to reset, refocus and begin to see changes that are sustainable!

What is Included:

  • 1:1 bi-monthly coaching calls (6 total)

  • 45-minute sessions (via google meet)

  • Unlimited support between sessions

  • Relevant Handouts and Recipes

  • Nutritional and exercise suggestions

  • Custom Wellness Plan

 

* All clients must start with a Discovery Call to ensure the best outcome

*When you have completed a 3 or 6-month program you have the option of continuing “a al a carte” sessions at the same monthly rate.

Q. What is a Health Coach? 

A Health Coach serves as a guide to explore all the areas of the client's well-being. The focus is on each client’s unique health needs which include dietary concerns, routines, practices, and preferences. No set health plan works for every person, so the goal is to find what will work for that unique client ~ this concept is called

Bio-individuality.

Q: Do I need a Health Coach?
