New clients


Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a brief client information form. Cash or check is the preferred method of payment; however, we happily accept all major credit cards for your convenience.




Location


We are conveniently located at 5180 Park Ave, near the corner of Park and White Station. My office is located in The Park Station office complex, on the second floor, Suite 230.




Cancellation Policy


A 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation of your appointment. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in a charge of 50% of your service cost.




Sickness


Massage/Bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
